★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Te citan a una hora y atienden a otra. No tienen tus piezas a tiempo. El personal o se coordina y no se responsabilizan por darte un buen servicio. Parece tierra de muchos y de nadie. No hay alguien que de la cara y se responsabilice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los dentistas no son malos pero la gestión deja muchísimo que desear, mal seguimiento a los tratamientos, pierden citas, no cumplen fechas, no dan confianza. No lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad salí muy satisfecho con mi limpieza, solo que como era sin costo me ofrecieron aplicación de flúor ($400), pero jamás les dije que si, y cuando me di cuenta ya me lo habían aplicado, la verdad eso me incómodo muchísimo porque lo tuve que pagar al finalizar, si fue un poco caro pero lo que provocó que evite volver a ir es la forma en la que sentí que me quisieron cobrar algo al la fuerza. También los precios están un poco elevados.

Segunda cita, me sacaron las muelas del juicio para iniciar tratamiento de ortodoncia y me gustó, buen trato y no sé si dependa de cada paciente pero yo no me puse morada y me sacaron las 4 muelas juntas, me fue muy bien.
Ahorita estoy en tratamiento de ortodoncia u si tengo una queja, yo dije en dentalia que solo podía asistir los fines de semana a los ajustes y que quería un médico que estuviera los fines, y el punto es que se supone que los ajustes deben ser cada mes y yo agendé desde hace un mes y ya me cancelaron y no puede la ortodoncista hasta dentro de 15 días, para eso ya serían dos meses de que me pusieron los brackets, por eso tardan tanto los tratamientos porque ellos son los que te cancelan y cancelan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo, la cita me la pusieron a la hora que quisieron, porque salí a la hora que estaban cerrando 2 semanas después me habla una srita y me dice que no tengo mis citas, en Dentalia te ofrecen la atención los fines de semana, pero no es cierto!
Pésimo, váyanse a otras clínicas porque aquí tienen 1 ortodoncista para todaaaasss las citas, nunca hay lugar para hacer ningún tratamiento y si llegas al ahora que estas niñas se van...no te van a atender....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la lamentable que Dentalia cuente con gente que no es profesional como Marlene Rodriguez Ortondoncia, ante su mala praxis no se hace responsable, no apunta nada en los expedientes para que no quede evidencia de su pésima práctica, y al no poder resolver algo que no sabe cómo, porque no tiene experiencia suficiente, no para de contar historias para tratar de justificarse e incluso te manda con otros especialistas para ver si repara sus chapuzas , te hace dar mil vueltas y gastar en algo que de inicio sabe que es sólo para dar más largas, sin resolver nada, ojalá Dentalia ponga mas atención en el perfil de los médicos, basta de gente sin experiencia comprobable, estamos pagando por un servicio del que suponemos es gente preparada y con experiencia, pongan más atención en su recluta y dejen de sumar a su equipo gente, INMADURA, NEGLIGENTE, IRRESPONSABLE, POCO ETICA Y CERO PROFESIONAL.
