La recepcionista es una persona muy amable y que te orienta bien. El responsable de la sucursal Dr. Iván es muy atento y profesional. No les doy las 5 estrellas porque los precios son muy elevados a comparación de otras opciones en la ciudad y con dentistas de prestigio. Además porque al momento de realizar el presupuesto inicial te dan un precio, pero después te hacen servicios y trabajos adicionales que incrementan también los costos sin previo aviso. La doctora Ale es la unica que recomiendo. Te proponen que si quieres puedes pagar a meses y todo se ve muy bien. El problema esta cuando inicias tus tratamientos, lo que te cotizaron solo es una parte de lo que te van hacer y comienzan a sumar gastos y gastos y al final terminas pagando mucho mas de lo que al principio te dejieron. TENGAN CUIDADO, NO CREAN EN LO QUE LES DICEN, SOLO LOS QUIEREN ENGANCHAR Y CUANDO YA ESTAS EN EL TRATAMIENTO Y YA ABONASTE UNA PARTE, YA NO PUEDES HACER NADA, SOLO PAGAR Y PAGAR LO QUE TE VAN SUMANDO Y ESPERAR QUE TERMINE EL TRATAMIENTO PARA YA NO REGRESAR. Te cotizan un tratamiento por un tiempo y termina siendo más. Te quejas con Corporativo y la respuesta es que no hay garantía en sus tratamientos. Existen mejores lugares para llevar este tipo de tratamientos. Dentalia Solesta no es honesto, solo te hacen perder tiempo y dinero.

Ya me querían endilgar cita con un maxilofacial cuando yo solo voy a Dentalia por su limpeza dental. Pura sacadera de dinero. NO vuelvo nunca. I felt cheated and cheated.
