Y	Yesenia G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que acudí a Dentalia (Sucursal Triángulo), mi cita la juntaron con la de otra persona y a pesar de que había llegado primero, atendieron a la otra persona y a mi, me pusieron a uno que estaba aprendiendo porque ya no había personal para hacer mi limpieza dental, por cierto, nada cuidadoso. Desde que llegué, la señorita que agenda las citas no tuvo una buena actitud. Y ahora que tuve que volver porque la sucursal de Lomas no tenían espacio, vuelvo a encontrarme con una actitud cortante de la recepcionista ya que llegué antes de mi cita y ella estaba más preocupada por su comida que por dar un buen trato. The first time I went to Dentalia (Triángulo Branch), my appointment was joined with someone else's and even though I had arrived first, they attended to the other person and me, they put me on one who was learning because there were no longer staff to do my dental cleaning, by the way, nothing careful. Since I arrived, the lady who schedules the appointments did not have a good attitude. And now that I had to go back because the Lomas branch did not have space, I again find a curt attitude from the receptionist since I arrived before my appointment and she was more concerned about her food than giving a good deal.

Al mencionarlo, no me dieron una explicación clara. Pareció que abordaban mi salud como un negocio, sin ética profesional. I do not recommend it. Although the dentist was clear and patient when evaluating me, the budget given did not correspond to what was discussed in the office. When mentioning it, they did not give me a clear explanation. It seemed like they approached my health like a business, without professional ethics.

Despues de agendar cita para explicacion de los estudios al dia siguiente cancelan cita y la mandan 1 mes de retraso. Pedi me entregaran los estudios y total negacion para entregarlos aun cuando estan pagados por adelantado. Terrible service, after 4 weeks that they did the studies they did not call me for the assessment. After scheduling an appointment for an explanation of the studies, the next day they cancel an appointment and send it 1 month late. I asked that the studies be delivered to me and I totally refused to deliver them even when they were paid in advance.
