Terrible service, I just went to waste my time since none of the staff could give me an answer to my problem and it just seemed that they didn't care, so I asked to speak to the coordinator of the clinic and she never gave me an answer. Really bad

Very bad service ... they left me waiting up to 25 min, I left because they forgot to tell Dr. that he was waiting for her in the waiting room. They change staff from time to time, a few months ago there were totally different, friendly and efficient staff compared to the current one.

Terrible service, few times I have been to my appointment on time, they never answer on their phone line, they give you the WhatsApp alternative and they respond when they feel like it. They have a terrible organization, I made an appointment and when I arrived they told me that they did not have it scheduled and therefore 3 people who were after me passed by. I started my treatment at dentalia Parque Alameda and the service was always the best, regrettable that they have closed

Bad experience. The cleaning I requested was not good (after going to another dentist the next day, he indicated that I still had a lot of tartar), and apart from that, I was misdiagnosed for a condition from which I do not suffer. They took advantage of the panic generated by the incorrect diagnosis to charge me for the treatment, and when I canceled my appointment because I REALLY DID NOT NEED THAT PROCEDURE, I have been waiting for the return for almost 2 months. Sad to have to do this kind of review, but I don't want it to happen to anyone again. Go to another dentist, do yourself a favor and avoid this terrible establishment that only focuses on charging as much as possible for giving poor service.

Terrible experience. If google allowed it, I would give them 0 stars. They try to make you believe that you have pathologies that do not exist to earn money. I was horrified and asked for a second opinion confirming my suspicions. They also refuse to hand over your medical records. They were recommended to me through my major expense insurance because supposedly they apply discounts, and it has been one of the biggest time wasters of my life. They asked me from the moment of the appointment for my policy number, after my initial assessment, they kept me waiting 40 minutes for the administration to register my data, they told me to leave because I was not there yet. They summoned me again the next day to tell me the "treatment recommended by them", and when I arrived, they could not provide it and they had me again waiting for the administration to upload my information from the insurer, and they wanted me to continue waiting another 30 minutes according to them. They sent me the incomplete information by email, I had to claim the missing data, they sent it again, and they refused to deliver the complete file. I would not recommend them for any treatment.

I really liked the place, super clean, the attention was very kind from all the employees, they helped a lot with my problem and got me out of the emergency, I highly recommend it ?

Excellent service, I see that some complain but in my opinion they were very attentive and gave me excellent service, they told me what I needed to do for my oral health and gave me all the options, the specialists are super professionals!
