Me intentaron robar, me combraban los arcos extras porque me fui a hacer una limpieza dental con otro ortodoncista porque no quisieron atenderme durante varios días aquí, nunca me respondían los mensajes y en fin, pagué el pago inicial para que me colocaran y cancelé por falta de Ética del personal. I went to Dentalkiiu of San Juan del Río and lousy service. They tried to steal me, they combined the extra bows because I went to do a dental cleaning with another orthodontist because they didn't want to attend me for several days here, they never answered my messages and finally, I paid the initial payment to be placed and canceled due to lack of staff ethics.
D	Denisse De León on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, programé una cita para valoración de brackets y llegué a la hora acordada, la señorita que me recibió me dijo que no había doctora, ¿cómo puede ser eso sí ya tenía una cita programada? No me avisaron ni nada, me quería hacer otra cita sin tener en cuenta que yo podia tener cosas que hacer ese día. Que falta de responsabilidad. Terrible service, I scheduled an appointment for braces assessment and I arrived at the agreed time, the lady who received me told me that there was no doctor, how can that be if I already had an appointment scheduled? They didn't tell me or anything, I wanted to make another appointment without taking into account that I could have things to do that day. What a lack of responsibility.
D	Dulce Gómez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en sucursal de Carrizal, de que sirve que te agenden una cita si no la van a respetar, mínimo deberían llamar para cancelar y que uno no pierda su tiempo. Definitivamente si buscan seriedad y compromiso en su tratamiento esta clinina no es una buena opción. Terrible service at the Carrizal branch, what is the use of having an appointment scheduled for you if they are not going to respect it, at least they should call to cancel and that one does not waste their time. Definitely if you are looking for seriousness and commitment in your treatment, this clinin is not a good option.

Agendar una cita no sirve de nada 1 hora y media perdida, si me esperé es porque considero que pueden ocurrir contratiempos, en realidad tuve que irme desde el minuto 1 de atraso pero 1 HORA Y MEDIA!???? jamás se me atendió, afortunadamente era una cita de valoración no quiero imaginarme ni siquiera la forma que trabajan. 0 seriousness, 0 professionalism, 0 commitment ... Scheduling an appointment is useless 1 hour and a half lost, if I waited it is because I consider that setbacks can occur, in fact I had to leave from minute 1 late but 1 HOUR AND HALF!???? I was never attended, fortunately it was an appraisal appointment I do not even want to imagine the way they work.
