★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compré unos lentes y solicité la factura por la que me cobraron el IVA. Estuve buscando a la doctora para que la generarán y siempre me traían de vuelta en vuelta. Cuando les dije que iba por el IVA que me cobraron (5 meses después de la compra) me salió con que ya estaba la factura que nunca llegó a mi correo. Ahora qué ya tengo la factura no la puedo deducir porque pusieron como método de pago efectivo y es requisito indispensable para deducirlo en la declaración anual.
Por los lentes que compré no tengo queja, han salido buenos y fueron económicos.
Mi estrella es por el servicio al cliente.
Terrible service, I bought some glasses and requested the invoice for which I was charged VAT. I was looking for the doctor to generate it and they always brought me back to back. When I told them that I was going for the VAT that they charged me (5 months after the purchase) they told me that the invoice was already there and that it never arrived in my mail. Now that I already have the invoice, I cannot deduct it because they put cash as a payment method and it is an essential requirement to deduct it in the annual declaration.
For the glasses I bought I have no complaints, they have turned out good and they were cheap.
My star is for customer service.
