★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!! Llame por la mañana para agendar una cita y me indican que se comunicarán conmigo para verificar que se pueda llevar a cabo y nunca me llamaron. Vuelvo a llamar y la Vanesa, la que se supone es la dentista, me argumenta que si no le llamo a su celular no hay forma de que ella agende la cita. ¿Entonces para que das un teléfono fijo? Aclara eso en tu publicidad, porque de lo contrario se genera molestia con esa explicación.
Qué decepción!!
 Appalling!! Call in the morning to schedule an appointment and tell me you will contact me to verify that it can take place and you never called me. I call again and Vanessa, the one who is supposed to be the dentist, argues that if I don't call her cell phone there is no way she will schedule the appointment. So why do you give a landline? Clarify that in your advertising, because otherwise annoyance is generated with that explanation.
What a disappointment!!
