★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas de una hora y jamas me pasaron a consultorio y eso que la sala de espera estaba vacía! quedan en una hora y no la respetan. PESIMOS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Cuatro secretarias y nunca me pasaron al consultorio. Estuve hora y media esperando a que se desocupara el doctor, contemplando el horrible diseño de la sala de espera. No lo recomiemdo, poco profesionales.
Terrible service. Four secretaries and they never showed me to the office. I waited an hour and a half for the doctor to vacate, staring at the horrible design of the waiting room. I do not recommend it, unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No les pongo ni una estrella. Más de hora y media marcando por que me realizaron una extracción y jamás contestan. Vengo a consulta y pregunto por el tema y solo contestan "pues si te sientes mal lee de nuevo las instrucciones" así como "tarado, te saltaste una coma y no entendiste" y no se diga de pedirle un número a los odontólogos (doctores no son) por que no pueden darte su número en caso de una emergencia
I don't put a star on them. More than an hour and a half marking why I had an extraction and never answer. I come to consult and ask about the subject and they only answer "because if you feel bad, read the instructions again" as well as "moron, you skipped a comma and did not understand" and do not say ask a number to the dentists (doctors do not are) why they can't give you their number in case of an emergency

Poca responsabilidad, ética y compromiso por parte del Subdirector, Hugo F. Sánchez, no confíen en él.

I have been trying for 2 months to cancel a direct payment for a treatment that they DID NOT DO TO ME ... very efficient to charge but THE WORST to give a DIGNO customer service and make a cancellation!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THEY ARE RARE!
