The only good ones there are the receptionists. The doctors and the "manager" is lousy. They wanted to make the treatment an obligation, they force you to sign things with which you do not agree and if you do not, the guarantee does not apply. Misleading and not recommended!

Terrible service, they charge you a fortune, they have a thousand people attending you but none of them do anything, so you are paying in vain. Since you paid for the service, it begins to be delesnable, they take you hours en masse, they cancel your services and make you spin around in vain to justify everything they charge you without doing anything, zero recommended ????????

Attention at first was excellent, we had been in this company for almost a year but some employees began to be despotic, which of course that if I appreciate that they took into account the complaints and acted immediately, I was disappointed by the treatment they gave to a relative mine, because by their negligence they washed their hands, claiming that it was the patient's responsibility (a prosthesis was buried in his tongue), as a recommendation read each sheet they give them when they are served before signing. But that if hygiene and speed are appreciated, the price is high but it ensures (aba) good quality. Anyway. Everyone talks about how the fair is doing and at the moment my family and I will look for another place.

Just started my treatment I could not attend an appointment so I requested the cancellation of that appointment and the rescheduling of it for another day, they were December dates so my schedule was practically full. They never rescheduled my appointment. Later, due to the proximity to my home, I requested the change of clinic in Gran Sur. Because I did not find the service they provided satisfactory, I requested in Gran Sur the cancellation of the service, assuming the cost of the cancellation, I signed documents, submitted the request and they never gave me an answer. They claimed that they could not cancel it because the payment history was in Minerva, and in Minerva they said that my file was in Gran Sur. Total that after almost two years nobody knows where my file is and they continue to charge me for my card. I have tried to communicate with some representative of the company but they only communicate me to the branches where they say that they cannot do anything, the collection people say that they will personally take the case but after that they no longer answer the calls. In the end, they only made me an extraction and I paid I don't know how much money. In summary, I do not recommend it.

I never attended these clinics, they permanently damaged a nerve and when reporting the damage to the specialist I did not accept it. I attended another clinic and indeed they reported negligence to me due to the distance of the nerve from the extracted tooth. Now I have permanent damage that will take me several therapies to just regain some sensitivity in the damaged nerve. I have been in for three months and they still cannot return the amount I paid in advance for other dental services. Terrible service in clinic, telephone and quality. If you really take care of your health, consider other options and never think about Dentimex.
