1. No respetan tu cita, la cambian constantemente
2. No llegues temprano, no te van a atender antes, no llegues a tiempo, siempre te van a atender entre 15-20 minutos después o más, si llegas 10 minutos tarde o 20 minutos realmente no hay mucha diferencia, tienen a 4 personas retrasadas y las van pasando conforme llegaron.
3. Mala gestión administrativa, no saben explicar el financiamiento, no saben utilizar el software, si vas por un tratamiento largo como una ortodoncia, vete con tiempo, serán horas para que te den de alta en el sistema y a lo mejor no podrán y tendrás que volver a darte la vuelta.
4. Los precios no son los mejores
5. Como se puede inferir por el punto 2 no se respetan tus tiempos ¡aunque estés en el consultorio! te van a cambiar unas ligas en 4 minutos o menos, no van a revisar tu avance, ni ponerte atención. Pongo solo un ejemplo: yo llegué sin un bracket y con uno suelto, el tipo apenas se percató del suelto y cuando me di cuenta que no se daría cuenta del otro le dije, me dijo ¡que no era necesario ponerlo! osea iba a pasar 3 semanas (más las 3 que había esperado) sin ponermelo, me dio su argumentación tonta, y cuando apenas se percató que me puse serio decidió ponermelo.
6. Las citas te las hacen cada 2 semanas al comienzo y después te quieren ver cada 5 o 6! yo entiendo como funciona un tratamiento de ortodoncia pero me tocó que me estaban alineando mal y había que hacer ajustes, las citas se prolongan en fases que así lo requieran, no cuando necesitas ajustes practicamente semanales.
7. Te pueden cambiar al dentista de la nada a mitad del camino.

Tienen horarios super limitados para atender en las especialidades, solo me pueden atender sabado o lunes, si me ponen cita el sabado pueden hablarme el viernes para cancelarme, y como no puedo ir el lunes esperaré una semana más, con un bracket suelto o un movimiento incorrecto. Te la venden como que puedes ir a otras sucursales que te quede mejor, el tema del horario es exactamente lo mismo, vayas a donde vayas
9. Al cierre por la pandemia perdieron todo contacto conmigo y se desaparecieron de la faz de la tierra. Tengo un tratamiento de 60 mil pesos que vendieron a una financiera y no he recibido atención por 4 meses, mi ortodoncia está super retrasada y pago puntualmente 1650 pesos al mes, eso sí, te mandan recordatorios de pago al por mayor pero ellos simplemente cerraron, cortaron los telefonos y se esfumaron, en su página de fb eliminan diariamente decenas de comentarios negativos. Una sola vez contestaron mi telefono, me insultaron y colgaron abruptamente. Me respondieron en el área de cobro, le indiqué mi situación, me respondió "usted no paga por un tratamiento y aquí no es el servicio a clientes" gritando, y colgó. Ni un insulto, ni siquiera alcancé a externar un disgusto de lo inmediato que me desecharon. Si creen que exagero vean sus cuentas de facebook. Ya están abiertos los no esenciales desde hace un mes pero ellos no, no dan respuesta de tiempos, no dan prorogas, no te indemnizan, apoyan o compensan, no se comunican, no tienen lineas de comunicación y muy seguramente desecharon a su personal, que no era muy bueno de por sí, y no me atenderán como a miles otros hasta que contraten gente de nuevo, gente que tampoco sabrá trabajar, utilizar el sistema, no conocerán tu caso y estarán atestados de trabajo, de verdad son la peor decisión que he tomado en mi vida. Afortunadamente tengo brackets de zafiro y practicamente hacen el trabajo solos, ya no aguanto más y buscaré atención externa, con los costos adicionales que implica. Nunca, nunca vayan a dentimex, son puro marketing, no son cordiales, no son éticos, ni siquiera tiene un grado de independencia diagnostica o criterio el ortodoncista, siguen directrices de venta desde España. Estoy casi seguro que dentalia está en la misma situación, busquele con clinicas pequeñas con buenas reputación, no estás mierdas.

I mean, I was going to spend 3 weeks (plus the 3 I had waited) without putting it on, he gave me his silly argument, and when he barely noticed that I got serious he decided to put it on.
6. The appointments are made every 2 weeks at the beginning and then they want to see you every 5 or 6! I understand how an orthodontic treatment works but it happened to me that I was misaligned and had to make adjustments, appointments are prolonged in phases that require it, not when you need adjustments practically weekly.
7. They can change you to the dentist out of nowhere in the middle of the road.

They have super limited hours to attend the specialties, they can only attend me on Saturday or Monday, if they make an appointment on Saturday they can call me on Friday to cancel, and since I cannot go on Monday I will wait another week, with a loose bracket or a wrong move. They sell it to you as you can go to other branches that suit you better, the issue of the schedule is exactly the same, wherever you go
9. At the end of the pandemic they lost all contact with me and disappeared from the face of the earth. The non-essentials have been open for a month but they do not, they do not give a response on time, they do not give extensions, they do not compensate, support or compensate you, they do not communicate, they do not have communication lines and very surely they discarded their staff, who It was not very good in itself, and they will not serve me like thousands others until they hire people again, people who will not know how to work, use the system, will not know your case and will be crowded with work, they are really the worst decision that I have taken in my life. Fortunately I have sapphire braces and they practically do the job themselves, I can't take it anymore and I will seek external attention, with the additional costs that it implies. Never, never go to dentimex, they are pure marketing, they are not cordial, they are not ethical, the orthodontist does not even have a degree of diagnostic independence or criteria, they follow sales guidelines from Spain. I'm pretty sure dentalia is in the same situation, look for it with small reputable clinics, you're not shit.
