★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tener cuidado con las limpiezas y quien las hace porque me despostillaron 3 dientes con la limpieza dental y fui hacer mi queja con el corporativo hasta llame y salieron que después de 10 día dan solución , y mis dientes que ? Estoy muy triste ya que tenía bien mis dientes y solo fui por limpieza y una resina, llegando a mi casa me miré al espejo me doy cuenta que 3 dientes despostíllanos de enfrente , regreso para ir hacer el reclamo pero como es jueves cierran alas 2 y pues empecé a comunicarme con el corporativo para ver la solución y empezaron qué por el momento no se puede hacer nada ? pésimo servicio y a quien contratan no les dan la supervisión necesaria para verificar que estén haciendo bien el trabajo ,lamentablemente no dan solución al momento ni al siguiente por su culpa ahora tendré que invertir en algo que ellos me provocaron , no se vale que estén contratando gente inexperta en sus sucursales , se supone que tienen interés por el bienestar de los clientes y sus dientes ? pero al parecer solo les importa llenar sus sucursales de dentistas sin ética, espero que hagan lo correcto y corrijan esa negligencia

Pagué la membresía y primero me atendió un doctor (desconozco su nombre), me hizo una limpieza y con el todo bien.
Después cambiaron de personal y me atendió una doctora llamada Aylin, me hizo 4 resinas de las cuales ninguna está bien colocada, todas están fisuradas y en 2 me dejó caries y me dolían. Ya no quise atenderme en esta sucursal porque vi el titulo de Aylin y vi que se había graduado en mayo del año pasado ? o sea no tiene ni 1 año ejerciendo.
Después fui a sucursal tepalcates para que me checaran las muelas que me habían hecho mal y por que me dolía, la doctora que me atendió me dijo que si me estaba doliendo la muela entonces se tenía que ir a endodoncia porque probablemente me había desgastado de mas el diente hasta llegar al nervio.
Me molesta mucho esta situación ya que yo no tenia ningún dolor ni molestias es esas muelas, solamente quería cambiar las amalgamas que tenía por unas resinas pero Aylin me echo a perder mi diente ? y ahora tengo que pagar por la inexperiencia de esta tipa.
Sé que en el corporativo no se van a hacer responsables porque cuando llamas solo dan largas y te dicen que tu queja está en proceso pero jamas dan solución, a ellos solo les interesa el dinero.
Pongo este comentario para que tengan mucho cuidado con confiarle sus dientes a Aylin, no es justo que esté practicando con nuestros dientes y echándolos a perder ESO ES NEGLIGENCIA y si le reclamas te contesta “Pues a nivel legal esto no procede”
They hire newly qualified staff with no experience
I paid for the membership and first I was seen by a doctor (I don't know his name), he cleaned me up and everything was fine.
Later they changed staff and a doctor named Aylin treated me, she made me 4 resins of which none was well placed, all of them were cracked and in 2 she left me with cavities and they hurt me. I no longer wanted to serve myself at this branch because I saw Aylin's degree and I saw that she had graduated in May of last year ? that is, she hasn't even been practicing for 1 year.
Then I went to the Tepalcates branch to have my teeth checked that had hurt me and why it hurt, the doctor who treated me told me that if my tooth was hurting then I had to go to an endodontist because it had probably worn me too much the tooth until reaching the nerve.
This situation bothers me a lot since I didn't have any pain or discomfort in those teeth, I just wanted to change the amalgams I had for some resins but Aylin spoiled my tooth ? and now I have to pay for this girl's inexperience.
I know that in the corporate they are not going to be held responsible because when you call they just put off and tell you that your complaint is in process but they never give a solution, they are only interested in money.
I put this comment so that you are very careful about entrusting your teeth to Aylin, it is not fair that he is practicing with our teeth and spoiling them THAT IS NEGLIGENCE and if you complain to him he answers "Well, at a legal level this does not proceed"
