I am in treatment with an orthodontist. The last appointment was 1h 20min late, and today he did not even deign to appear. I waited 2 hours for her and she never came or notice with anyone if she would arrive or not. A dentist at the branch tried to contact her but never responded. I must add that there are 2 times that he tries to fix a bracket that came off again, and on both occasions the bracket fell off the same day it was placed (even following the indications so that it supposedly would not come off again).

THE WORST SERVICE AND THEY ARE DECEPTIVE, ORTHODONTICS IS THE WORST. If there was a negative number of stars I would put it. ORTHODONTICS IS THE WORST, EXPENSIVE AND THE SERVICE IS AWFUL!!! THE ONLY THING THEY NEVER FAILED IN WAS IN MAKING THEIR COLLECTIONS IN EACH REVISION. During 9 months I never had my complete treatment, some braces fell off the same day they were placed and it was continuous, the orthodontist instead of checking what was happening, she only assumed that I did not follow the instructions when I did it 100%, she herself threw some sometimes the brackets and she did not cement them, I asked her to do it as soon as possible but the appointments were sent every two months no less and of course my treatment did not progress as it should, I counted the brackets that she threw at me as part of the 7 cementations that they would not be charged, which seemed unfair to me because she was the cause; They changed me to the specialist and he determined that the brackets were falling off because they did not put the right caliber bridges on me, THAT IT WAS NOT BECAUSE OF ME AS THE PREVIOUS SPECIALIST STATED, he saw me only once and they changed the specialist, I DECIDED TO CHANGE CLINICS BECAUSE FRANKLY WITH DENTIS+A THEY WERE PURE PROBLEMS, DELAYS AND EXCESSIVE EXPENSES. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, they charge very expensive, the materials are bad, they even lost my file and a bracket that took 4 months to put on me again, in addition the work they do leaves much to be desired...
