Lamentablemente si quieres tratamiento de ortodoncia no tienen a un doctor permanentemente en la clínica sino que se van rotando (el doctor visita rotativamente diversas clínicas de la cadena durante la semana), por lo que para la colocación de brackets o citas debes acoplarte a los horarios del doctor que te toque, algo que no es ideal porque si se te despega un bracket se podría alargar tu tratamiento por mucho más tiempo hasta que consigas una cita para que te lo peguen. Me realicé limpieza y resinas, sin embargo, terminé arrepentida porque por un costo similar tuve una limpieza en otra clínica diferente donde realmente sí vi la diferencia (mis dientes incluso brillaban sin blanqueamiento) y me di cuenta que la calidad de materiales en Dentis+a no es la mejor y se entiende porque es relativamente económica. Tenía una mancha por café en un diente que me mostraron en la otra clínica que no me habían podido quitar en Dentis+a a pesar de haber tenido dos limpiezas con ultrasonido y con ellos a la primera limpieza ya no estaba (con la otra clínica que visite después). I was treated by Dr. Karla who always answered all my questions both in person and via WhatsApp, her care was very good and I consider her an excellent professional. Unfortunately, if you want orthodontic treatment, they do not have a doctor permanently in the clinic, but instead they rotate (the doctor visits various clinics in the chain on a rotating basis during the week), so for the placement of brackets or appointments, you must adhere to the schedules of the doctor who touches you, something that is not ideal because if a bracket comes off your treatment could be extended for much longer until you get an appointment to have it glued. I had a cleaning and resins done, however, I ended up regretting it because for a similar cost I had a cleaning in a different clinic where I really did see the difference (my teeth even shone without whitening) and I realized that the quality of materials in Dentis+a It is not the best and it is understandable because it is relatively cheap. I had a coffee stain on a tooth that they showed me at the other clinic that they had not been able to remove at Dentis+a despite having had two ultrasound cleanings and with them at the first cleaning it was gone (with the other clinic I visited after).

They did cleaned my teeth and they did to my husband some cavities work all for $45 USD In the USA you can’t even step a foot inside a dentist office for that amount . I can’t even understand how people can give a bad review to this place because the Jon preformed was very standard like any other expensive dentist and the service was good . Recommend for anyone looking for a dentist around the Mexico City area , contact them by whatssap they will reply to you in English . Very cheap !!!
