★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es mi primer crítica negativa de hecho espere hasta hoy que fui atenderme con otro dentista para externar mi opinión.
Sino quieren pasar un disgusto por un mal trabajo no asistan a este lugar, fui atenderme por resinas en específico 2 mismas que no se pulieron y quedaron asperas hasta ahí pensé que no habia problema, Sin embargo trabajaron un 3 diente solo con el taladro para después encimar la resina, por lo que en el mismo día sentí sensibilidad me comunique enseguida y de ahí ya no era la misma respuesta, tardo 6 horas para responder, no así cuando se buscaba agendar cita que en menos de una hora había respuesta.
Al asistir a otro dentista paso lo siguiente; después de revisarme me preguntó si asistí con un técnico dental a lo que mencione que no. Al mover su cabeza de forma negativa puso manos a la obra me aisló el diente, no solo puso algodon, evaluó lo que necesitaba y lo realizó, se tomó su tiempo para revisar que todo estuviera bien, me pulió la resina con unas tiras lo que ellos jamás hicieron.
En conclusión: Si quieren un trabajo integral y de calidad ahí no es el lugar. Espero les sirva mi mala experiencia.
It is my first negative review, in fact I waited until today when I went to see another dentist to express my opinion.
If you don't want to be disappointed by a bad job, don't go to this place, I went to see 2 specific resins that weren't polished and were rough up until then, I thought there was no problem, however, they worked a 3rd tooth only with the drill for later put the resin on top, so that on the same day I felt sensitivity, I communicated immediately and from there it was no longer the same response, it took me 6 hours to respond, not like that when I was looking to schedule an appointment that in less than an hour there was a response.
When attending another dentist, the following happened; After reviewing me, he asked me if I attended with a dental technician, which I mentioned no. Moving his head in a negative way, he got down to work, isolated my tooth, not only did he put cotton, he evaluated what he needed and did it, he took his time to check that everything was fine, he polished the resin with some strips, which they never did.
In conclusion: If you want comprehensive and quality work, this is not the place. I hope my bad experience helps you.
