★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho, tienen buen trato con los niños y ayuda mucho su área de juegos a qué no estén nerviosos. Lo que no me gusta es que no hay estacionamiento y tienes que andar buscando.
 I like it a lot, they have a good relationship with the children and their playground helps a lot so they are not nervous. What I don't like is that there is no parking and you have to search.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son buenas, sin embargo, estoy molesto por dos situaciones:
1) Llevé a mis 3 hijos de 2-3-3 años de edad, respectivamente, y solo permitieron la entrada a mi esposa, mientras yo me quedé en la calle. Mi pregunta es ¿cómo es posible que un solo papá pueda cuidar a 3 niños y, a la vez, pasarlos a consulta? Les falta un poco de consideración y ponerse en los zapatos de los papás de los pacientes. Además, esto NO me comentaron por teléfono cuando agendé la cita para mis 3 hijos.
2) Solicité factura de las 3 consultas médicas y solo me enviaron 2. Estoy de acuerdo que cualquiera puede tener un error, pero desde enero les hemos solicitado la factura y es hora que no la envían. Solo me dicen que lo harán, pero, no lo hacen. Ellos evitan pagar impuestos y yo no puedo deducir fiscalmente mis gastos.
Reitero, cualquiera puede equivocarse, pero, no todos tienen la voluntad de corregirlo.
The facilities are good, however, I am annoyed by two situations:
1) I took my 3 children, 2-3-3 years old, respectively, and they only allowed my wife to enter, while I stayed on the street. My question is how is it possible that a single father can take care of 3 children and, at the same time, refer them to consultation? They lack a little consideration and put themselves in the shoes of the patients' parents. Also, this was NOT told to me on the phone when I made the appointment for my 3 children.
2) I requested an invoice for the 3 medical consultations and they only sent me 2. I agree that anyone can have an error, but since January we have requested the invoice and it is time they did not send it. They just tell me they will, but they don't. They avoid paying taxes and I cannot deduct my expenses for tax purposes.
I reiterate, anyone can be wrong, but not everyone has the will to correct it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente no tuvimos una buena experiencia en el tratamiento, ahora que encontré un dentista realmente ético y profesional me doy cuenta del mal trabajo que le realizaron a mi hijo.
Recomiendo a los padres que deben ser precavidos y valorar el diagnóstico, buscar una segunda opinión y decidir con calma.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience in the treatment, now that I have found a really ethical and professional dentist I realize what a bad job they did to my son.
I recommend to parents that they should be cautious and assess the diagnosis, seek a second opinion and decide calmly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención que recibió mi sobrino de 3 años no fue la adecuada, ahora que está en atención con otro dentista sabemos que lamentablemente dañaron sus dientes innecesariamente. Sería bueno que cuando den un diagnóstico se cercioren de que es correcto y del procedimiento que aplicarán a los niños.
The care my 3 year old nephew received was not adequate, now that he is in care with another dentist we know that unfortunately they damaged his teeth unnecessarily. It would be good that when they give a diagnosis they make sure that it is correct and of the procedure that they will apply to the children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente nosotros tuvimos una mala experiencia con este consultorio,la verdad no sé los recomiendo busquen otras opciones, porque los doctores que nos atendieron Ami nieto no le resolvieron el problema y nadar pagamos por nada, tuve que llevar a mi nieto a otro consultorio más sencillo y afortunadamente le quitaron la molestia que tenía mi nieto y más barato, cuiden Asus niños.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y mal diagnóstico, mi hija se le cayó una corona despues de 3 años, la revisó otro médico de urgencia y resulta que no tenía “Pulpectomia” supuestamente se la hicieron y me la cobraron!!!
Voy a reclamar para que me devuelvan mis dinero!
Terrible service and poor diagnosis, my daughter dropped a crown after 3 years, another emergency doctor checked her and it turns out that she did not have a "Pulpectomy" supposedly they did it and they charged me!!!
I'm going to claim for my money back!
