Excelente atención a los pacientitos, mi hijo Eithan al principio tenía mucho miedo por experiencias anteriores con dentistas, pero al llegar a Zoonri Kids fueron muy pacientes con el y le brindaron la confianza que el necesita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi molestia es por la falta de comunicación por parte de ellos, me dijeron que el llenado de mi informe médico sería dentro de la hora de mi consulta lo cual no fue así en la realidad, yo fui un sábado y hasta el martes me lo querían dar, que creen que la gente tiene tiempo para estar regresando cuando quieran?, Por eso les pregunté y se comprometieron en ese momento. También dan "cita" y te terminan atendiendo hasta una hora después, se creen muy buenos pero la verdad dejan mucho que desear, para un mejor servicio deberían atender a los que en verdad puedan atender ya que se supone son una empresa privada y parece que estoy yendo al seguro social. Si no pueden cumplir ni con los horarios ni con el compromiso de cada paciente sería mejor decirlo, eso no es dar un servicio profesional. Claro que sí van con todo el tiempo del mundo y van a pagar de su bolsa sin esperar factura ni informe médico serán los clientes mejor atendidos. Que falta de compromiso como empresa, no los recomiendo en mi opinión personal.

They also give "appointments" and end up serving you up to an hour later, they think they are very good but the truth is that they leave much to be desired, for a better service they should attend to those who can really attend since they are supposed to be a private company and it seems that I'm going to social security. If they cannot meet the schedules or the commitment of each patient, it would be better to say so, that is not providing a professional service. Of course, if they go with all the time in the world and they will pay out of pocket without waiting for a bill or medical report, they will be the best-served customers. What a lack of commitment as a company, I do not recommend them in my personal opinion.
