★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, aplica una técnica que yo nunca había visto, consiste en poner videos que continen imágenes y música relajantes, que ayuda a que la experiencia de ir con el dentista para quienes somos un poco temerosos sea muy llevadera, el Doctor es muy accesible y paciente, por lo cual, lo puedo recomendar al 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable esta súper sucio el consultorio fui a que me hiciera un trabajo y solo me duró 3 días super mal hecho tuve que pagar en otro lado para que corrigieran su mal trabajo pesimo jamás regresaría y los mal recomiendo esta pesimo todo un consultorio dental debe estar limpio y esterilizado y ese consultorio esta muy muy socio
Nothing recommended is super dirty the office I went to do a job for myself and it only lasted 3 days super badly done I had to pay elsewhere to correct their bad work I would never return and I badly recommend them this whole dental office must be clean and sterile and that office is very very partner

Me comenta el Dr. José Pérez dueño del Laboratorio que el negocio lo inició su Padre siendo el primer Laboratorio Dental en la Cd. de Aguascalientes y por tal motivo las prótesis son muy económicas ya que cuentan con más de 40 años atendiendo al público en general. Los precios muy económicos al comparar con otros centros dentales aquí en Aguascalientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal son unas ratas fui como 2 veces y no pudieron hacer un procedimiento que en otro lugar lo isieron en 10 minutos aaa pero la cuenta a pagar si estava siempre precente.... Aparte de que su equipo quirúrgico se ve en muy mal estado asta una infección puede darr....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención administrativa. Llamé para pedir cita para pegar una amalgama para mi esposa y me dieron la hora. Llegamos puntuales y nos pasaron casi una hora después, Y al llegar me dicen que son 500 de "Consulta" de la Doctora y que se descuentan del procedimiento (Pero si el costo del procedimiento es menor solo se cobra la consulta), cosa que NO me lo indicaron al llamar, puesto que ya había ido anteriormente y esto no era así, se cobraba lo que se hacía. La Doctora y su asistente fueron amables en su atenciones con mi esposa. Pero para acabarla de amolar de nuevo en recepción al momento de pagar la consulta de 500 pesos solicité factura, me dijeron que era más IVA, cuando por Ley los honorarios médicos y dentales están exentos de IVA. Ya no quise discutir con la recepcionista, quien no se si desconozca o tenga esta instrucción.

The Doctor and her assistant were kind in their attentions to my wife. But to finish grinding it again at the reception at the time of paying for the 500 peso consultation, I requested an invoice, they told me it was more VAT, when by law medical and dental fees are exempt from VAT. I no longer wanted to argue with the receptionist, who does not know if she does not know or has this instruction.
