Tuve ese percance, sin embargo en dentalia fueron muy profesionales al buscarme un espacio para atenderme. He ido varias veces, la dentista es paciente, explica con detalle los procedimientos y su trabajo es muy bueno. Lo recomiendo ampliamente .
Excellent service. I recommend not making appointments online as they may not be recorded. I had that mishap, however at dentalia they were very professional in finding me a space to attend to me. I have been there several times, the dentist is patient, she explains the procedures in detail and her work is very good. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. He ido 3 veces, la primera abrieron media hora tarde, la segunda el doctor no se presento y la ultima me hiceron esperar 1hora mas para una cita donde ellos me habian cancelado. Verdaderamente un trato nefasto
Terrible service. I have been 3 times, the first they opened half an hour late, the second the doctor did not show up and the last they made me wait 1 hour more for an appointment where they had canceled me. Truly a nefarious deal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son super amables todos, pero no entiendo el por qué manden los archivos a la CDMX para revisión de los expertos, que aquí no cuentan con el personal capacitado?
Se guía únicamente de lo que les dicen allá y no se toman la molestia de revisar, hicieron una mala limpieza, y me estaban dejando una caries por que no les dijeron que la tenia??♀️
They are all super nice, but I do not understand why they send the files to the CDMX for review by the experts, who do not have trained personnel here?
It is guided only by what they are told there and they do not bother to check, they did a bad cleaning, and they were leaving a cavity because they did not tell them I had it??♀️
