★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero llamé si sabían hacer un corte en específico, dijeron que si pero no lo supieron realizar. Me escribieron informando que estaban listos mis perritos para que los recogiera, después de su servicio de estética y todavía les faltaba mucho tiempo, les faltaba secarlos, no les habían cortado las uñas y tampoco habían terminado el corte, además mi perro casi se cae de la mesita en dónde lo estaban secando porque está muy pequeña y no es estable. Al final me entregaron a uno de mis perros mojado. Simplemente no me hubieran llamado si aún no estaban listos.
First I called if they knew how to make a specific cut, they said yes but they couldn't. They wrote to me informing me that my dogs were ready for me to pick them up, after their aesthetic service and they still had a long time to go, they still needed to dry them, they had not cut their nails and they had not finished the cut, also my dog almost fell off the table where they were drying it because it is too small and not stable. In the end they gave me one of my wet dogs. They just wouldn't have called me if they weren't ready yet.
