En la página del Gobierno del Estado de México dice que en 15 minutos se levanta la denuncia y el servidor dice que se lleva más de una hora en cada denuncia. Buscó mil pretextos para no atenderme. Cuando me atendió me dijo que no tenían impresora y solo podía iniciar el trámite de la denuncia pero ir a ratificar a la PGJEM y ahí si pueden imprimir. No sirven de nada!
