I completed the registration and license process. In the case of the plates, the process was very fast (I made an appointment online), I was there for 17 minutes in total. At the door there is a lady in charge of training people and checking your stationery before going in, obviously those who have appointments are passed first, when you enter you check the shifts on a screen like in the banks and go to the counter. As you already have the stationery ready, you only give them what they ask for. After that, I went on to process the renewal of the license (you have to go out and go around the building to enter the licensing area because there is a lot of band that is already waiting outside and that arrived early or made an appointment, so do not be gandallas by fis). At the door, a guy gives you reports if you don't know what's up and if you bring your payment card that you previously downloaded from the internet, right there they let you pay (but only for card payments), and when you paid they give you a turn and You go outside to wait for them to call you. I only waited outside for 25 minutes and in total, yes it took me like 2 hours but because I hadn't made the payment yet and I didn't have an appointment. During both processes the staff was very friendly and helpful, they clarify your doubts and guide you in this regard. Overall it was a great experience. As a tip, if you are going to win without an appointment, try to be patient and kind to people, it is not their fault that you did not prepare in time, also carry water, have breakfast before and put on a good sunscreen because although there is where to shelter in the shade the sun and the heat are well down, ?!
