★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, primero hice una llamada vía telefónica para hacer una denuncia y la información que dan es muy distinta a la que te dicen una vez que llegas a el lugar. Primero vía telefónica me dicen que el horario de servicio es de 08:00 a 20:00 hrs, una vez que llegas te dicen que el personal se retira a las 15 hrs. Después te piden una declaración escrita (cosa que no dicen vía telefónica) y fotos, al parecer tu palabra no es suficiente. Demasiadas irregularidades cuando uno solo desea ayudar a un pobre animalito que sufre de maltrato, al parecer la vida de un animal vale muy poco para ellos.
 Terrible service, first I made a phone call to make a complaint and the information they give is very different from what they tell you once you arrive at the place. First by phone they tell me that the service hours are from 08:00 to 20:00, once you arrive they tell you that the staff leaves at 15:00. Then they ask you for a written statement (which they do not say over the phone) and photos, apparently your word is not enough. Too many irregularities when one only wants to help a poor little animal that suffers from abuse, apparently the life of an animal is worth very little to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato. Solo que si es complicado ir a depositar al banco para pagar el servicio que se requiere. Estaría bien que ahí mismo cobrarán ya que si uno va solo no se puede entre estar al pendiente al llamado o ir a pagar al banco.
