★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En definitiva las instituciones y su personal no avanzan, entiendo que la pandemia ha interrumpido muchos procesos, pero no con ello justifiquen el no hay, no se puede y no se pudo. Ni pex apenas empiezo el proceso y por lo que veo me espera un año de puras vueltas por qué pareciera que cada departamento tiene su propio sistema y la información no la comparten, al final los usuarios tenemos que hacer la chamba de los burócratas.
Ultimately, the institutions and their staff are not moving forward, I understand that the pandemic has interrupted many processes, but this does not justify the fact that there is not, cannot and could not be. Not even pex I just started the process and from what I see a year of pure turns awaits me because it seems that each department has its own system and the information is not shared, in the end users have to do the work of the bureaucrats.
