Terrible service, we live in the apartment for 1 year, for reasons of work and school, I do not recommend them ... we never missed our rent, we never got out of phase, there was humidity in the ceiling all year round, they never went to check it, we changed one gas hose and they charged us, they went to steal the apartment in front of ours on a Sunday afternoon very casual and nobody does anything, we bought a new plate and the landlady wanted the copy of the key, obviously we never gave it to her, in the end we left from the department for Covid-19 issues we did not want to owe or stagnate, they gave us the OK the day of delivery, apart from that we paid the week and we left the next day because we were urgent to leave .. they never wanted to return the deposit .. They are very rude people 0 Human .. do not rent in the furnished san antonio 84, abuse and are horrible. Expensive, horrible bathrooms, horrible kitchen, horrible pipes, you still have to put up with disgust, while you pay and your employees, they were never cool. for me to rot all its buildings, because it has 4 badly made buildings. if not more ... very expensive, zero maintenance, zero empathy. The location is very good, however the apartments are old, very old and uncomfortable mattresses, they never give you receipts for paid services, they charge you for gas as they want and at the moment of going through an ordeal so that they return your incomplete deposit and totally arbitrary.

I am living here, very happy, they allowed me to have my dog ​​with me and I take him to the park every day, I have the super and the gym very close. The area is very cool and the price they gave me is super.

THE WORST! If you leave a deposit, consider it lost. The thieves are not going to give you anything back. They prefer to burn themselves for a few pesos than to do things correctly. Zero recommended.

Never go or stay in those places
