La seguridad es notoria pero no invasiva, algo raro en los controles de ingreso.
Se nota la participación de la administración en la limpieza, el mantenimiento del inmueble y el orden de los inquilinos.
Un punto de mejora podría ser el espacio de los cajones de estacionamiento, son para vehículos tipo sedán porque para una pickup se complica un poco.
Una opción para aprovechar cuando se encuentre una vivienda disponible.
