Since I arrived in Culiacán, I stayed in this apartment, the best thing is that it is central, comfortable and has all the services for a digital nomad like me to work in excellent conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospedé unos meses ahí. Vamos con lo positivo: la ubicación, si se necesita vivir en el centro es perfecto.
Ahora lo negativo: es muy caro! Los precios por las rentas son exagerados para unos espacios diminutos que los quieren promocionar como departamentos y se parecen más a una habitación de un hotel de tres estrellas, con una mini cocineta y un micro baño (no exagero). Pero no solo eso, cobran extra si por ejemplo se reciben visitas después de las 10:00 de la noche! y esa es tan solo una de las tantas cláusulas que tienen metidas en el contrato para cobrar por cosas tan sin sentido como la ya mencionada. Nunca volveré a ese lugar.
I stayed a few months there. Let's go with the positive: the location, if you need to live in the center, is perfect.
Now the negative: it is very expensive! The rental prices are exaggerated for tiny spaces that want to promote them as apartments and are more like a three-star hotel room, with a mini-kitchen and a micro-bathroom (I am not exaggerating). But not only that, they charge extra if for example visits are received after 10:00 at night! and that's just one of the many clauses that they have in the contract to charge for things as meaningless as the one already mentioned. I will never go back to that place.
