★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manejan buenos precios, y tienen rentas mínimas hasta de un mes, cuando la mayoría renta solo por 3 meses mínimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los departamentos son mantenidos por el propietario y siempre esta al pendiente de cualquier cosa y esta dispuesto a ayudar y cumple en lo que el ofrece de servicios Se mantiene un ambiente "familiar" y se molesta por visitas. El propietario me recordo que no acepta "mujeres de servicio" cuando mi pareja (la unica visita que tuve, vino "a horas que no son de familia" segun el propietario Daniel. ). OJO..OJO...OJO... OJO: me desconto una cantidad EXCESIVA de 800 pesos de mi deposito. 250 de limpieza de el bano, 250 de limpieza de el cuarto ( si... Un cuarto que ni casa es) y 300 pesos por limpieza de colchon LO CUAL YA ESTABA SUCIO. Entonces tomen fotos al llegar que fue ABUSO, que por tonto no le tome fotos al llegar.
NO tiene donde lavar platos adentro de cuarto entonces se tiene que salir a lavar a el lavadero que se comparte con vecinos. Llego a ser molesto por vecinos que diario toman y fuman y dejaban sucio el lavadero. 4 estrellas pero califico 1 por abusivo al cobrar 500 pesos para quitar sarro de bano y cinta de la pared.

He does NOT have a place to wash dishes inside the room, so he has to go out to wash in the laundry room that is shared with neighbors. I become annoyed by neighbors who drink and smoke every day and leave the laundry room dirty. 4 stars but I rate 1 for abusive charging 500 pesos to remove bathroom scale and wall tape.
