★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es súper tranquilo, la atención personalizada y siempre dispuestas a resolver cualquier situación. El precio se me hace bastante justo teniendo en cuenta que solo pagas la renta y no tienes que pagar por ningún servicio adicional (luz, agua, gas, etc).
The place is super quiet, personalized attention and always willing to resolve any situation. The price seems quite fair to me considering that you only pay the rent and you do not have to pay for any additional services (electricity, water, gas, etc).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio más caro que he pagado a cambio de poca comodidad y la peor conexión de internet; vamos que ni siquiera para usar whatsapp sirve! Si trabajas en línea o acostumbras ver videos en youtube, lo vas a pasar muy mal. La zona no tiene realmente nada de especial y está muy lejos del centro de Mérida.
The most expensive price I have ever paid for little comfort and the worst internet connection; come on, even to use whatsapp it doesn't work! If you work online or you usually watch videos on youtube, you are going to have a very bad time. The area is really nothing special and it is very far from the center of Mérida.
