 I don't give a lot of towels. I couldn't wash the dishes because I didn't have any detergent or loofah.

They do not respect the pre-agreed rate, they raise the price without authorization, there is no ventilation, the windows cannot be opened, broken towels, very bad service, we will never return, healthy advice. DO NOT STAY THERE London 212

Follow up: They charged me and haven't paid me back. We showed up in the evening with our reservation and were told it was full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been staying at this hotel for about 3 years now when in cdmx and have had nothing but good things to say but this place seems to have taken a turn for the worst. There is a new manager there who is extremely rude and has no regards for customer service. We had a reservation we booked online with confirmation and all only to arrive to be told " sorry we dont have rooms left" goodbye and nice day.. Horrible customer service

We had a terrible experience here. We arrived well after check in time. They gave us a key to our room and we hauled our bags up there to find the room was completely torn apart. No bed sheets on the bed. Couch pillows on the floor. So we told them the room was not ready. They gave us another room. This room the lights did not work. The refrigerator did not work. An hour later they turned them on. On day 2 the toilet stopped working and took 4 hours to fix. There was noticeable smoke from a neighbor that made it feel like the walls were invisible and the smoke was pouring in through the vents. I messaged the manager via Airbnb messenger 4 times and never got a response. Will not be staying here again.
