Cuenta con elevador. Si quieres toallas las pides con un depósito de 25$
La ubicación es céntrica, playa papagayo se ubica caminando, también esta a dos calles del soriana, y muchos restaurantes cerca.
Las calles estan tranquilas tanto en la mañana como en la noche.
La limpieza podría mejorar, pero no esta mal.

The location is central, Papagayo beach is located walking, it is also two streets from Soria, and many restaurants nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un conjunto de apartamentos ya antiguo, lo tienen muy descuidado, el único valor agregado es su ubicación. Solo para dormir de última hora, no lo recomiendo. Me dieron una habitación en mal estado y en reparación, la acepté porque ya no tuve opción, pero no creo volver.
Ojalá mejoren la atención al público y las habitaciones.
It is an old set of apartments, they have it very neglected, the only added value is its location. Only for last minute sleep, I do not recommend it. They gave me a room in poor condition and under repair, I accepted it because I no longer had a choice, but I don't think I'll go back.
I hope they improve the attention to the public and the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Elevator is turned off after 10:00 PM( we stayed on the 5th floor and had to use the super narrowed stairs)
- We were given a set price at time of request but charged a different price at check-in
- Air conditioning did not work properly.
- used two different apartments. one of the rooms in one apartment, AC did not work.
- One fridge did not work and milk and other kid's items went bad
- Staff was indifferent when trying to leave the place the next morning. they took their time and made us wait.
- strongly advise to evaluate before booking this place. Owner does not care about her employees or customers.
