★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conocí este edificio cuando lo ofertaban en Airbnb y me mudé a uno de sus departamentos por un año. La ubicación es buena y los departamentos son ideales para una estancia corta pero el precio aún amueblado es alto comparado a otros edificios cercanos o incluso a un Airbnb en el cual no hay necesidad de firmar un contrato de un año. El precio por un departamento de 1 recámara interior era de $19,700 y un año después subió a $28,000. Como no están catalogados como departamentos sino cómo hoteles, no hay ley que prevenga que el precio del inmueble suba de esta manera.
Por otra lado, hay una penalidad de dos meses en caso de querer cancelar el contrato antes de un año y los dos meses de depósito tardan 40 días para ser devueltos (hay un cargo de $1,500 de sanitización por departamento pequeño del cual sigo esperando en que consiste).
Mi recomendación si buscan algo amueblado es encontrarlo por Airbnb y tratar de negociar un precio por fuera de la plataforma con el propietario. Este edificio sería buena opción si tuvieran contratos por 3 meses o menos en lo que se encuentra algo mejor.
