R	Rihan Rogard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su pagina dice mínima estadía 3 meses, llamas te dicen 4 meses, llamas al agente de ventas te dice un año, y al momento de ver el lugar, te sacan muchos gastos extra que no te comentan al inicio, como el internet de baja calidad, lo cual hace que tengas que contratar y el mantenimiento por aparte, humedad, y etc. no recomiendo. Falta de claridad. Their page says minimum stay 3 months, you call they tell you 4 months, you call the sales agent they tell you a year, and when you see the place, they get many extra expenses that they do not comment on at the beginning, such as low quality internet , which makes you have to hire and separate maintenance, humidity, and etc. I do not recommend. Lack of clarity.

G	Gonher Dist 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho ruido junto al edificio, constantemente podan por haber terrenos con hierba, baños ya necesitan renovación son de generación pasada, buena fachada pero con muchos detalles , los departamentos chicos solo tienen ventana hacia estacionamiento y solo una a la calle, la recámara principal no tiene prácticamente ventana al aire libre, da hacia un muro cerrado. Sorry, but not recommended as well. No recomiendo. Much noise next to the building, constantly pruned for having grassy grounds, bathrooms already need renovation, they are from the past generation, good facade but with many details, the small apartments only have a window to the parking lot and only one to the street, the master bedroom does not have practically an open-air window, facing a closed wall. Sorry, but not recommended as well. I do not recommend.

Casi no usaba el auto. Super recomendado My favorite place, I really loved the time I lived there, I ran in the park behind my apartment a beautiful green area and shops like Liverpool were practically a few blocks away.
