They are the apartments with the most expensive rent in the area, they have a lousy Internet service. It's not worth the cost because of the proximity.

Abusan por cercanía a hospital T1.
Los calentadores de agua no sirven al 100, en época de invierno te bañas con agua fría, el internet es de pesima calidad.
Las personas encargadas son muy accesibles y te ayudan a resolver muchas cosas, que están a su alcance, el lugar es cómodo y hasta cierto punto seguro, pero no concuerda con los costos.
Expensive for what it offers.
They abuse by proximity to hospital T1.
The water heaters do not work 100%, in winter you bathe with cold water, the internet is of poor quality.
The people in charge are very accessible and help you solve many things, which are within their reach, the place is comfortable and to a certain extent safe, but it does not match the costs.
