C	Camille Olivares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viví en esta casa durante 10 meses. Fue la mejor experiencia que tuve en México. El dueño de la casa, Víctor, es super amable, muy acogedor y servicial. Tuve muchos roomies durante estos meses aquí, todos fueron excelentes personas, mis mejores recuerdos de México están con ellos, es como una familia. Te aconsejo sin dudarlo que vengas aquí, ¡No te arrepentirás! Alv amo esta casa y su puerta azul ❤️ I lived in this house for 10 months. It was the best experience I had in Mexico. The owner of the house, Víctor, is super friendly, very welcoming and helpful. I had many roomies during these months here, they were all excellent people, my best memories of Mexico are with them, it's like a family. I advise you without hesitation that you come here, you will not regret it! Alv I love this house and its blue door ❤️
V	Victoria Sanhueza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La renta es muy alta y la electricidad se paga aparte, la tarifa es muy elevada a diferencia de otras casas de merida de que pagan mucho menos. Los servicios como gas y agua faltaban de manera reiterada y aunque se pagara la electricidad en fecha tambien se cortaba. El contrato no se cumple y tratan de sacar mas plata de los estudiantes. La administración del lugar es casi nula, nadie se hace cargo de las necesidades de los estudiantes. La alberca esta sucia siempre. The rent is very high and the electricity is paid separately, the rate is very high unlike other houses in Merida that pay much less. Services such as gas and water were repeatedly lacking and although electricity was paid on time, it was also cut off. The contract is not fulfilled and they try to get more money from the students. The administration of the place is almost nil, nobody takes care of the needs of the students. The pool is always dirty.

C	Christine Weißenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate 0 stars if possible. This place is not recommendable to spend a semester living there. The organization is quite bad. The rent itself is rather high and doesn't include water or electricity. Even though you pay extra for water, a lot of times there was no drinking water in the house. The rate for the electricity is incredibly high. And as if that wasn't even enough we later found out that the electricity bill was falsified by one of the responsible persons in order to cover us a significant amount more. It's absolutely incredible. If you want to have a nice time in Merida, look for another place.
