★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la ultima vez que fui me toco una mala experiencia en la sucursal de la col mexico, ya habia ido en anteriores ocasiones para depilacion intima, y esta ultima vez me atendio una señora no se si es la dueña, pero desde que llegue se notaba apurada y molesta, y eso que llegue puntual a mi cita, a la hora de ponerme la cera la senti super caliente y al hacerle el comentario me dijo que asi tiene que ser para que se quite bien el bello, si ya de por si es incomoda la depilacion intima pues mas si lo estan haciendo de mala gana. al dia siguiente mi piel estaba muy irritada, yo considero que por lo caliente ya que en las anteriores veces que fui nunca tuve ese problema y las que me habian atendido super amables y esperaban un rato para aplicar la cera y hasta me preguntaban si sentia alguna molestia, no se si regresaria o al menos pediria que no sea con esa señora.
