The site is very dirty, unprofessional and very rude therapists (they were all gossiping together), and they refused to give me a service that any other laser hair removal clinic gives me.

New staff is so unprofessional, so unorganized. I mean they have you change and then change back and wait in the waiting area where the staff is chilling and laughing around in the same area as the clients. Also the seams like they really dont know what they are doing, she didn’t go thru evenly on the area but in some parts she went to town were she burned me and not even say sorry or asked me if i was okay. they dont even look at the clients chart, i had to indicate them what areas she would be working on and the intensity. They even cleaned the room in front of me, i meant clean it before you say you are ready for me!!! SUPER DISAPPOINTED !!
