My esthetician show up 20 min late to my 2 pm appointment (waxing of full legs , full Brazilian, underarms and stomach). She shows up and has the audacity to attend the two ladies that did not have an appointment because they only needed underarms and bikini. That was unprofessional and disrespectful to my time.
