Depilite - 97115 Mérida

I was excited about getting my first laser treatment done. However once I paid the “package deal” any sort of decent customer service was out the window. THREE times I was scheduled for an appointment and when I showed up, no one was there. The 2nd time I eventually had to leave because the lady wasn’t responding to my messages & I didn’t know how long she was going to be. Sad part, is there were no apologies. When I asked for a reimbursement of my remaining sessions, she said no because I signed a contract. No apologies for being late to open up for a client, nothing- only excuses. Do not waste your time here. Thankfully, I found a much better place in Merida that is so much more profesional & multiple people working there so you don’t show up to an empty place. Nunca a agendado una cita y nadie está ahí para recibir al cliente. TRES veces me paso. Ni trato de pedir disculpa. La tercera vez le pregunté si me puede devolver el dinero para las citas que me falta por no puede seguir llegando y nadie está ahí. Me dijo que firme un contrato. Lo triste es que no cumplieron su parte del contrato. Lo único bueno es que Encontré otro lugar en merida mucho más profesional y mejor.
