★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es satisfactorio, la atención del personal es extraordinario, mis hijas y yo nos atendemos ahí y estamos muy contentas de como nos atienden, los recomiendo ampliamente, tienen una maquina cero dolor y super rapida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Compré dos paquetes y he tenido una pésima experiencia con las enfermeras y las máquinas. Lo más preocupante es la falta total de respuesta tras presentar quejas. No contestan quejas por email, WhatsApp, en persona, etc. Desde hace tres meses estoy tratando de conciliar ya que las máquinas son viejas y no remueven el bello como deberían pero no obtengo respuesta. No lo recomiendo para ningún tipo de tratamiento, ni en ninguna sucursal.
Terrible customer service. I bought two packages and I had a terrible experience with the nurses and the machines. The most worrying thing is the total lack of response after making complaints. They do not answer complaints by email, WhatsApp, in person, etc. For three months I am trying to reconcile since the machines are old and do not remove the beautiful as they should but I do not get an answer. I do not recommend it for any type of treatment, nor at any branch.

Empalman las citas . La Srita de recepción Paulina te contesta “ es qué hay clientas que cuando están adentro piden otro servicios “ y por mientras uno esperando más de 1hora para que te atiendan .
Nadie se acerca a decirte, qué es lo que está sucediendo .

Bad experience at the Interlomas branch. There are 4 cabins and only serves 1.
They connect the appointments. The reception lady Paulina answers “it is that there are clients who, when they are inside, ask for other services” and for as long as one waiting for more than 1 hour to be treated.
Nobody comes close to telling you, what is happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia. La máquina no está disponible siempre, se calienta, se descompone y no tienen opción, simplemente no te dan el servicio. Si no asistes a una sesión te cobran una multa de 200 pesos, pero ellos no te reembolsan nada cuando ellos incumplen la cita por lo de la máquina.
Cuando hablas, siempre hay excusas, es el sistema, el encargado no está, etc. No se responsabilizan como empresa, no hay un numero en donde puedas escalar tus quejas.
NO COMPREN AQUÍ
Terrible experience. The machine is not always available, it gets hot, breaks down and they have no choice, they just don't give you the service. If you do not attend a session they charge you a fine of 200 pesos, but they do not reimburse you anything when they break the appointment because of the machine.
When you speak, there are always excuses, it is the system, the manager is not there, etc. They are not responsible as a company, there is no number where you can escalate your complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen citas disponibles y tampoco cuentan con una central que te ayude a encontrar una cita pronto. Demoran en contestar el whatsapp y el teléfono. Es muy difícil darle seguimiento a un tratamiento de esta manera. No veo resultados de ningún tipo y duele demasiado, creo que las máquinas son VIEJISIMAS.
They never have appointments available and they don't have a central office to help you find an appointment soon. They take time to answer the WhatsApp and the phone. It is very difficult to follow up on a treatment in this way. I don't see results of any kind and it hurts too much, I think the machines are OLD.
