★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cancelan en todo momento las cistas que por falla en en la luz no las vuelven a reagendar, uno tienen que estar llamando y te la vuelven a dar después de 1 mes, eh tenido varios problemas con esa sucursal pido mi reembolso y ya no me contestan ni siquiera la Sr. Selet Jiménez que es supuestamente la encargada del lugar , los voy a tener que demandar tengo mis msj que en ningún momento eh hido grosera con ella y simplemente no me responde y me rechaza las llamadas . No vayan a ese lugar es un pésimo servicio y cons sus trabajadoras igual, espero se puedan comunicar conmigo si alguien de la empresa más arriba ve este msj .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existen otras clínicas con mejor servicio y precios, no siempre respetaron mi horario de cita ya que me hacían esperar mucho y el personal no estaba capacitado completamente, en varias ocasiones me quemaron con el láser y me decían que era culpa mía pero a la señora que me atendió le costaba trabajo manipular la máquina y por las quemaduras no me podían terminar las sesiones, me quedaron a deber una sesión y ya no me contestan nunca para hacer mi cita.
Es muy mal servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de esta empresa, en verdad si estás buscando una opción para un tratamiento de depilación láser este sitio no es en ningún sentido una buena opción. Te cambian constantemente tus citas, no tienen el equipo adecuado, te dañan la piel y al final nadie se hace responsable, únicamente te dicen que son franquicias diferentes y que no está en sus manos darte una solución.
No les daba ninguna estrella si no fuera porque es requisito para realizar la publicación.
Terrible service from this company, really if you are looking for an option for a laser hair removal treatment this site is by no means a good option. They constantly change your appointments, they do not have the right equipment, they damage your skin and in the end nobody is responsible, they only tell you that they are different franchises and that it is not in their hands to give you a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te penalizan si no cancelas la cita, pero nunca contestan ni whatsap ni línea fija, las señoras que atienden siempre tienen el pañal mojado y se siente muy mala vibra. Las opiniones realmente les vale, la persona más amable ahí es la señora que les ayuda con la limpieza. El servicio es muy malo, deje perder servicio porque ya no me quise exponer a una quemada y cambio de residencia, no te reembolsan. El director pobre no da para más Lic. Carlos Alcaraz. NO LO RECOMIENDO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no les recomiendo ni esta ni ninguna otra de sus sucursales, no te atienden las llamadas, no responden WhatsApp, no te hacen reembolsos, te cobran multa si tardas en llegar a tu cita o si no llegas y es de $200 cosa que no hacen en otros establecimientos. Adquirí mi paquete desde el 2019 y hasta la fecha sólo me han hecho 2 sesiones de depilación, al terminar la sesión no te dan cita para la siguiente, tienes que llamar y nunca contestan, las sesiones que me hicieron fueron muy cortas, sentí que casi no cubrieron toda la zona. No puedes presentarte y pedir cita porque te dicen que solo por llamada.

Varias veces el mismo día de la cita te cancelan, imagínate...
El tratamiento no da resultado porque sus cambios de último momento, sus instalaciones o su personal es deficiente. No pierdas tu dinero ni tu tiempo, es mejor invertir en un lugar un poco más serio, aunque cueste un poco más. De verdad no les recomiendo para nada este lugar, son muy tramposos por si fuera poco.
