Lo bueno es que tienen los productos más básicos para educación física.
Lo mejorable: los señores parecen frustrados por la vida, y atienden como en los 90's. Solo muestran un producto, el precio y si quieres comprarlo. No hay una buena atención al cliente, no ayudan con asesoría para resolver problemas.
En las 5 veces que he tenido que comprar desde hace 15 años. El servicio es el mismo, el señor que atiende está mal encarado. Ojalá cambien su perspectiva de hacer negocios.
About 15 years ago it was a bigger store. Today it is just a small place that sells the basics.
The good thing is that they have the most basic products for physical education.
The improvement: the gentlemen seem frustrated by life, and they serve as in the 90's. They only show a product, the price and if you want to buy it. There is no good customer service, they do not help with advice to solve problems.
