Una de kas cosas más importantes es la necesidad de contar con una figura de autoridad (seguridad/policía) que vigile el área, pues muchas de las veces se meten a drogarse o a tener relaciones sexuales. Hace mucha falta la atención por parte del ayuntamiento. It needs a lot of maintenance, and I'm not saying this for the person who does the cleaning but, for the city council that should supervise the things that are needed. One of the most important things is the need for an authority figure (security / police) to monitor the area, as many of the times they get to take drugs or have sex. The attention of the city council is much needed.
