★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno va alegre a jugar beisbol a donde sea, sin embargo el campo necesita mantenimiento, se tienen que hacer mayores esfuerzos para que los deportistas juguemos en mejores condiciones. Por cierto, hoy perdimos. :(
One is happy to play baseball anywhere, however the field needs maintenance, we have to make greater efforts so that athletes play in better conditions. By the way, today we lost. :(

Lo malo : olor a marijuana y venta de la misma.
El mantenimiento no es de lo mejor pero esta aceptable, supongo son los del beisbol los que lo mantienen así.
Esta en disputa por algún vivo que quiso reclamar la propiedad, segun tengo entendido fue una donación de hace muchas decadas de los ejidatarios de la zona, no se hizo el papeleo legal en su momento.
Intentaron cercarlo y llevaron golpeadores de los supuestos dueños, la comunidad los recibió a balazos ?.
Actualización: lo frecuento menos pero aun asi lo veo cada vez mejor, deberian obligar a los taqueros de la esquina a llevarse su basura tienen DENTRO del parque algo improvisado, es criadero de ratas.
Hay 3 construcciones semiabandonadas deberian rehabilitarlas para el uso de la comunidad.
The good: good place for pets, if you go don't forget to pick up THEIR feces.
The bad: smell of marijuana and sale of it.
Maintenance is not the best but it's acceptable, I guess it's the baseball guys who keep it that way.
It is in dispute by someone alive who wanted to claim the property, as I understand it was a donation from many decades ago by the ejidatarios of the area, the legal paperwork was not done at the time.
They tried to fence it off and brought punchers from the supposed owners, the community received them with bullets ?.
Update: I frequent it less but even so I see it getting better and better, they should force the taco vendors on the corner to take their garbage, they have something improvised INSIDE the park, it is a breeding ground for rats.
There are 3 semi-abandoned buildings that should be rehabilitated for community use.
