Se tardan mucho en atenderte, los de mostrador ni saben de los materiales y tienes que estar mínimo 1 hora pidiendo las cosas porque no saben lo que pides..
El dueño muy arrogante y con muy mala educación.
En verdad busquen otro deposito..
Les recomiendo el Depósito Dental Feregrino, esta frente al azul.

Para compras físicas te dicen que ya todo esta en el paquete el cual no querían revisar, al pedir revisión NO tienen los equipos COMPLETOS, y dan largas para la entrega de lo que falta, uno tiene que estar detrás de ellos que ni la molestia se toman de avisar el seguimiento.
Para compras por Internet ... peor, nunca me avisaron que se "gestionó" mi pedido, menos me avisaron que venían para hacer entrega de mi equipo ... solo hablaron cuando estaban fuera de mi domicilio.
Te toman desprevenido y sin muchas opciones de pago, ya que uno no tiene en efectivo tantísimo dinero, no te queda más que pago con tarjeta (por cierto tiene comisión).
De verdad que decepción de depósito... NADA recomendable
Terrible service for physical and online purchases ...
For physical purchases they tell you that everything is already in the package which they did not want to review, when asking for a review they DO NOT have the COMPLETE equipment, and they give long for the delivery of what is missing, one has to be behind them that not even the hassle is They take to notify the follow-up.
For Internet purchases ... worse, they never told me that my order was "managed", even less they told me that they were coming to deliver my equipment ... they only spoke when they were away from my home.
They catch you off guard and without many payment options, since one does not have so much money in cash, you only have to pay with a card (by the way, it has a commission).
Really what a disappointment of deposit ... NOTHING recommended

la atención vía telefonica cordial, atenta, pero no resuelven nada (no les dan poder de resolución)
por favor más toma de desición a su personal que atiende al público.
si quieren un ejemplo ahí está la APP de Lanceta HG o la aplicación de Laleo.com
Una gran desición determinar si debo aceptar los "cambios" planteados,
solicité 2 , tienen 0 (Sarcasmo para que lo entiendan), más de 24 horas despues, me entero que no hay.
