★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio en compras ONLINE., cuidado con TRANSFERIR DINERO O PAGAR CON DEBITO te va peor. Les cuento un poco Yo iba a comprar un equipo dental en linea, previo a la compra hable para confirmar que tuvieran físicamente el producto. Me confirmaron que si. Días después me dijeron que no lo tenían, (primer engaño) y que el proveedor lo enviaría en 1 semana.(segundo engaño) que su proveedor tuvo problemas de importación. Y de esto pasaron 21 días. Al final pedí cancelación y tuve que esperar 10 días mas. Un mes de pérfida de tiempo. NO COMPREN EN LINEA. Ellos no están preparados. PESIMO SERVICIO. Al final pude recuperar mi dinero porque hice la compra con PAYPAL y TARJETA DE CREDITO..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pedido y no me enviaron lo que pedí hice la reclamación y me dijeron que no lo tenían que por eso me enviaron eso. Primero me dijeron que me harían devolución luego que cambio. Nunca se comunicaron yo tenia que estar insistiendo y cada que pedía explicación me daban largas. Al final nunca me solucionaron. Son fraude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No habia visto los comentarios respecto a los tiempos de entrega y ya me estoy arrepintiendo de haber hecho mi pedido. Tengo desde las 10am comunicandome a ver si puedo pagar extra para envio express o incluso pagar una guia y que les recolecten pero no me resuelven y el tiempo sigue avanzando. Seria bueno que al seleccionar el envio aparezca nuevamente la expectativa del tiempo que tardan en entregar o que incluyan mas opciones//Gracias, pero tiene desde la 130pm que he dejado mensajes en whatsapp, por correo electronico y no me dan solucion, ofreci mandarles una guia pagada con recoleccion incluida , y ya perdi completo el dia de hoy ojala manana se contacten de verdad
