Me estafaron cargaron Ami cuenta dela tarjeta de crédito 20 mil pesos llo jamas e comprado algo aquí are mi denuncia correspondiente no es posible que empleados o nose quien no tengan seguridad para este tipos de cargos mucho cuidado y ahora marco y no quieren ni siquiera desirme que es el material quese cargo Ami cuenta pésimo servicio exigo una respuesta.

La atención es buena y rápida ya que abastecen a muchos doctores a veces no se encuentran algunos productos pero tienen servicio a domicilio y eso te ahorra la vuelta.

El tiempo para que te atiendan, pagues y salgas de ahí es descomunal , horas formada para que no haya nada, te forman y tratan como reo los de seguridad , ya arriba todos hacinados e incomodo, tienes que gritar para que te escuche quien toma el pedido. No entiendo que les ocurrió.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al parecer su nuevo sistema post remodelación es “compra y lárgate”, apuran al cliente y además no puedes ver NI UN SOLO PRODUCTO, todo ahora es comprar a ciegas, incluso si es un aparato. Además de que ya no te enseñan nada, quien te atiende no sabe darte información de los productos. Absurdo. El trato se ha vuelto “no se, no lo puedes ver, apúrate, paga y vete”.

Ya no te toman tu pedido al teléfono. Te mandan a la tienda en línea que solo muestra publicidad, te piden que entonces escribas por correo....me pidieron hiciera el pago de .i material. A una semana no hay entrega. Y me llaman para decir que aunque ya está hecho el pago no hay todo el material que pedí, pero puedo solicitar otro material para cubrir mi total... PESIMO SERVICIO!!!!! A dos semanas sigo esperando. El uber que traía mi material se "regreso" y ahora tengo que cubrir otro costo extra!!!!! Por favor. REGRESEN A SU SISTEMA DE ATENCION ANTERIOR. ERAN MEJORES ANTES!!!!!
