Recomiendo la michelada de Caribe de mango, si eres mujer quizá la prefieras, hay otros sabores también. Hacía casi 2 años que no regresaba a este lugar, traía un antojo crítico de michelada con aguachile, viaje 45 min para llegar por una, al llegar (Viernes) al lugar me atendió una chavita, y me comentó que no había micheladas de aguachile, que esas solo en fin de semana, o sea, el fin de semana inicia en Viernes!!, en fin… tuve que pedir una michelada sola, pues las otras no se me antojaban, al probarla le di un mega trago que me refresco hasta el cerebro, pero no era ni la mitad del vaso cuando mi michelada ya no sabía a nada, solo agua con hielos, Mi regreso de Ameca era algo frustrado debido a esto, pero decidí volver en Sábado o Domingo para pasar esto por alto, pensé que quizás la chava era nueva y algo no le salió bien, Llegó la oportunidad de ir un Sábado, llegué entusiasta y observé que había un muchacho atendiendo, pensé “menos mal que no es la chava”, pedí mi tradicional michelada de aguachile y recibí mi michelada acompañada de un vasito con aguachile!!! Jajajaja whaaaaat!!!? Supongo que no lo ponen sobre la tapa como antes por temas de la contingencia, así que lo acomode yo, Di unos tragos, saboreé la bebida y dije “va, todo bien” cuando apenas llegaba a menos de la mitad del vaso empezó de nuevo la maldición del sabor a clámalo rebajado con el agua de los hielos y mucho más hielo!!!!… había perdido el sabor de nuevo!!! Recuerdo que antes estás micheladas eran preparadas por el dueño, sin embargo, cuenta la leyenda que el dueño está ahora ocupado con su nuevo restaurante de cortes finos (habrá que ir a visitar y probar estos cortes), por lo tanto, creo que los chavos que andan preparando micheladas no tienen el toque necesario. Definitivamente ya no me laten estas micheladas! 2 estrellas porque hasta eso, el aguachile, está rico, jaja PROS - Ya no veo ningún PRO a favor ? CONTRAS - Siempre es difícil estacionarse - Los condimentos originalmente eran buena marcas, ahora solo rellenan los frascos de la marca Kirkland del Costco - Hacen las miches con caguamas por lo que sí una caguama se quedó abierta y el último cliente tiene un ratote antes de que tu llegaras la cerveza sabrá “quemada” y sin gas. - La cantidad de hielo en la michelada es exagerada, eso rompe con el equilibro de los ingredientes y el sabor antes de llegar a la mitad del vaso.
