★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llevo un mes solicitando, por teléfono, whatsapp, en tienda y correo que me den acceso a la página para gestionar un crédito y ver avances de pago. Hay teléfonos donde no atienden, donde te mandan a otros teléfonos, o a tienda, pero nadie da solución. Es increíble que no puedan atender una simple petición de acceso a la página. Quisiera poner - 5 estrellas, pero no se puede. ??
Terrible service. I have been requesting for a month, by phone, whatsapp, in store and mail, that they give me access to the page to manage a credit and see payment progress. There are phones where they don't answer, where they send you to other phones, or to the store, but nobody gives a solution. It is incredible that they cannot attend to a simple request to access the page. I would like to put - 5 stars, but it is not possible. ??
