★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían cambiar a su recepcionista ~Fernanda~, si no mal recuerdo. Pésimo servicio y horrible su actitud, todo mal. Qué lástima que el primer contacto que tenga el cliente sea con esta persona tan nefasta y poco profesional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia aquí, me dejaron esperando ya que según la recepcionista de nombre Fernanda yo no había hecho cita, la cual hice con una semana de anticipación y por parte del gerenre tampoco tuve solución. Cero ganas de regresar sobre todo escuchando de conocidas que asistieron a cita antes que yo, de que no toman en cuenta los protocolos Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por la recepcionista Fernanda y el gerente no me dio solución alguna. No les recomiendo en ninguna circunatwnacia esta opción ya que me vendieron un medicamento con la caducidad borrada de manera intencional (arriesgando mi íntegrad).
Pd: tengan cuidado y busquen opciones que cuiden su saluda de manera profesional.
Terrible attention by the receptionist Fernanda and the manager did not give me any solution. I do not recommend this option in any circumstance since they sold me a medication with the expiration date intentionally erased (risking my integrity).
PS: be careful and look for options that take care of your health in a professional way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había leído las malas reseñas del lugar pero le di una oportunidad porque me recomendaron a la Dra. Ma. Eugenia Rosas. Error.
Llegué a mi cita programada con anticipación y la Dra. no estaba siquiera en el consultorio. El personal de recepción, poco sensible al valor del tiempo de los pacientes, ni una disculpa ofreció. Simplemente me dijeron que llegaba en 10 minutos -tiempo que, por cierto, ellos dan de tolerancia para los pacientes- y que no se cumplió.
1 hora y 20 minutos después del horario de mi cita y sin que a nadie le importara , me fui, sin ser atendida. Afortunadamente esta ciudad está llena de especialistas.
Ojalá la dueña del lugar lea esta reseña y piense y le enseñe a su personal que el tiempo de los demás se debe respetar así como ellos piden que se respeten sus horarios de citas.
Una pena.
I had read the bad reviews of the place but I gave it a chance because they recommended me to Dra. Ma. Eugenia Rosas. Error.
I got to my scheduled appointment ahead of time and Dr. was not even in the office. The reception staff, insensitive to the value of patients' time, did not offer an apology. They simply told me that it would arrive in 10 minutes - a time that, by the way, they give tolerance for patients - and that it was not fulfilled.
1 hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time and without anyone caring, I left, unattended. Fortunately this city is full of specialists.
Hopefully the owner of the place reads this review and thinks and teaches her staff that the time of others should be respected just as they ask that their appointment times be respected.
