Recientemente agendar la entrega ha sido lo más pesado pues te llaman de último minuto diciéndote que ya están afuera de tu casa, o bien, te programan para entregar un día y posteriormente te pasan a una lista de espera sin razón alguna.
La atención solía ser excelente pero ha bajado mucho su calidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los muebles son muy bonitos, lamentablemente yo tuve una mala experiencia, ya que compré una sala desde noviembre y dos meses después me hicieron entrega, y cuando me hicieron la entrega, el tapiz no era el correcto, después de mucha discusión y espera al fin me entregaron, pero de verdad su atención al cliente dejo al menos a mí mucho que desear. Yo entiendo que los materiales estén escasos por la pandemia, pero no darle ninguna solución al cliente tampoco es manera. Adjunto fotos donde se ve que la compra es el 29 de noviembre y el 4 de febrero aún no me entregaban. Yo les recomiendo que compren lo que está de exhibición pero no manden a fabricar, ya que les pueden quedar mal y ni reembolso
